5.2. Condition for Returns: Products must be returned in the condition they were received, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Different conditions may apply to new and pre-owned items as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
5.3. Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, subject to inspection and approval. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

6.1. Manufacturer Warranty (New Products): New products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Details of such warranties will be provided on the product page or within the product packaging. Claims under manufacturer warranties should be directed to the manufacturer.
6.2. Electronics Place Warranty (Pre-Owned Products): Pre-owned products may come with a limited warranty provided by Electronics Place, as specified on the individual product page. This warranty covers functional defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
6.3. Implied Warranties: To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
