For customers in Nairobi, we offer a convenient pick-up option.

  • Pick-up Location: Moi Avenue, Nairobi, Kenya.
  • How to Select: You can choose the “Pick-up” option during the checkout process.
  • Notification: You will be notified via email or phone call once your order is ready for collection, along with the exact pick-up address and available collection hours. Please do not come to collect your order before receiving this confirmation.

9. Receiving Your Order

  • Inspection upon Delivery: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival and before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or suspect the item inside is damaged or incorrect, please:
    • Note the damage on the courier’s delivery form.
    • Take clear photos of the damage.
    • Refuse the delivery if the damage is severe.

  • Proof of Delivery: For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery.

10. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery, or a refund (minus original shipping costs and any return fees incurred by us) may be processed, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
